Burberry Pie

When asked which design house I love most, I triumphantly declare, "Burberry Prorsum".  Christopher Bailey brings something to the table each and every time.  This Fall season, he graced us with coats.  Many coats.  Oh!  And chunky sweaters too...  Bailey is a master of taking old, washed-up trends, and showing us they can transcend the ages.

This gent is sporting a fine, black, double-breasted peacoat.  With a traditional cut like this, it can be hard to make a truly unique statement.  Bailey manages to do so, however, with the flair of cow-print around the collar.  I am loving me some animal prints this season.

As the snow approaches, the chunky sweaters are going to be making more and more appearances.  A corded sweater like this will not only keep you warm, but it will keep you comfortable.  I love the nappy look of this sweater.  Directly from Grandpa's closet?  Yes please!

My favourite.  Double breasted.  Over-sized lapel.  Fur-trimmed collar.  Trench-length peacoat.  An absolutely stunning piece.  With coats like these, it is important to remember one thing.  Although the price tag may scream in your face when glanced at, keep in mind that this look is time less.  I would wear this jacket from today until my last day in my death bed.
